FYI: 1) at the end of the form there's a CODICE DI SICUREZZA that means SECURITY CODE to read and digit.

2) You'll read on the form: "The 40 euro fee for the non player compainons include the access to the golf club during the tournament and the saturday's dinner". It means that you'll pay it directly to the Golf dei Laghi.
